How are you preparing for taxation of your estate as it affects your beneficiaries? How will you pay for critical illnesses and other care as you age? Do you have a trust? What kind of trust(s) is it? Has it been reviewed recently? Do you understand beneficiary issues and options? Do you wish to protect highly appreciated assets from significant taxation (please note that there are some important gotcha's with the changes and eventual discontinuation of the estate tax laws in 2010). The answers to these and other questions will help us determine what we can accomplish.
